I own a micromax unite 2 a106 mobile which had a bluetooth issue. I had approached sri dhatre mobiles, (authorised micromax service centre, diamond towers, opp.manju theatre, secunderabad, hyderabad, telangana) to rectify it in the month of september. They told me that it would be rectified within 2 hours.however after the service nothing was sorted.they told me that they would send my phone to main service centre of micromax to rectify the issue and it would take atleast a month. After more than a month wait i was informed my phone had arrived and i could collect it. As i checked my phone bluetooth issue was sorted but phone was unable to recive proper signals. I showed the manager of sri dhatre mobiles about the problem. He told he would rectify it and deliver the phone within two days. On 24october 2015 i was informed that network issue has been sorted. I went to collect the phone they had put a new battery.when enquired about ny previous battery they told that any phone that goes to main service centre is given a new battery replacement.i came home with my phone and hardly after an hours use phone got switched off. I spoke to sri dhatre mobiles service centre they told me that i should charge the battery for 3hours. If it doesnot charge up i have to again visit the service centre.i havd already approached sri dhatre mobiles 4 times for the problems. Service agents donot attend customers properly and talk rudely. I would like micromax to look into the problem.
