(BNG-MNG-UDP-KPR-TRASI-GGL) -

1. The Route No.23D driver was not punctual, we (myself, wife & 2
kids) with luggage after waiting for 30 min. boarded to Route No.27
till Nettakallappa Circle to catch Route No.23D.

2. The horrific experience was here, when i booked this ticket 2 weeks
back, Mr.Lokesh ([protected]) from Nettakallappa Circle, Bangalore
Office, was aware that 2 kids also travelling with Parents, in spite
of that, he had assigned RouteNo.23D which very bad quality of DEPOT
bus, we were bound to travel to Kundapura under the pathetic situation
causing body pain, vomiting, sleepless night.

3. We had also booked the return ticket from Dharmasthala to
Bangalore, PNR No.4886468 / 24 Feb 24 & 11:30 PM (Route NO.35U),
after this kind of horrible experience of poor quality of bus, we had
decided to cancel this booking and i had also got the refund amount,
after explaining these existing condition of bus to Mr.Lokesh.

4. Therefore, considering the above, please refund 100% of ticket
amount, as soon as possible, your swift action will be highly
appreciated & waiting for your favourable reply.
