I travelled on Sri Durgamba Travels bus (KA 51 AC 5773) on 09th Feb from Kundapur to Bangalore. I requested driver to provide extra stop once ghat section is over (i understand that ghat section stop may not be given) for urination as i had some urinal related issues. (BNG-MNG-UDP-KPR-TRASI-GGL) -
1. The Route No.23D driver was not punctual, we (myself, wife & 2
kids) with luggage after waiting for 30 min. boarded to Route No.27
till Nettakallappa Circle to catch Route No.23D.
2. The horrific experience was here, when i booked this ticket 2 weeks
back, Mr.Lokesh ([protected]) from Nettakallappa Circle, Bangalore
Office, was aware that 2 kids also travelling with Parents, in spite
of that, he had assigned RouteNo.23D which very bad quality of DEPOT
bus, we were bound to travel to Kundapura under the pathetic situation
causing body pain, vomiting, sleepless night.
3. We had also booked the return ticket from Dharmasthala to
Bangalore, PNR No.4886468 / 24 Feb 24 & 11:30 PM (Route NO.35U),
after this kind of horrible experience of poor quality of bus, we had
decided to cancel this booking and i had also got the refund amount,
after explaining these existing condition of bus to Mr.Lokesh.
4. Therefore, considering the above, please refund 100% of ticket
amount, as soon as possible, your swift action will be highly
appreciated & waiting for your favourable reply.

Bus seat condition
I booked ticket on 31/12/23 from M'lore to Blore Bus no KA 51 AF 9607 very bad seat condition & also very danjourus hand rest I take vidios, I can't properly sit enteir journey .no any helpline other response against my compliant. I take decision further

The driver and staff wantanly made us run behind the bus because they gave our seat to other passanger
The bus number ka51 aa 2458 driver and staff wantannly did not stop where we were waiting for the bus, they slowelly went 1/2 kms away and made us run behind the bus
My mother aged 75 years she struggled to come all the way.
The travels is third grade, the owner should remove the👍driver and staff immeditally.
The are not only rude the gave our seat to some body so they made us run and finally we got the bus but driver and staff putting blame on us

Regarding seat distribution

I booked ticket on make my trip app from kapu to Davangere on 26.02.23 Bus no KA51 AF 9607 sleeper double seat.After bus pick up they have given single seat back to back.And there is no information before pickup. Also I traveling with my family and one kid.I suffered alot during travelling. Also I called to customer care regarding this issue but there is no reply.I need proper reply on this issue at the earliest

Confirmed ticket has been cancelled and made me book again and threaten to drop off passenger half a way.

I booked a ticket on behalf of my father-in-law (age around 67) through [protected] - sridurgamba kundapura 2 days prior to the boarding date[protected] from Bengaluru to Byndoor route no D, and it was confirmed and even got PNR.
I clearly mentioned which seat I wanted and booked the exact seat and paid 860/- as they confirmed the same through GPay.
Everything was perfect until 15mins after boarding bus,
[protected] - Hameed (checking inspector/conductor) called me and told me that your ticket has not been confirmed, you need to book and pay again 860/- rs, and he threathened me drop off my father-in-law halfway.
I was so afraid because my father-in-law was all alone and old, So I paid
860/- to [protected] - Hameed (checking inspector/conductor) through PhonePay.
After 5 mins again he called and ask me to me pay extra 100/- as the booked seat's price is more than other seats.
I will raise complaint against both of them.
I need justce, otherwise I will raise a police complaint,
I have all the screenshots and call recordings.
some points to be noted: how could checking inspector got my number if the ticket is not booked, all the call details are there

Worst service
I booked two ticket from Udupi to Bangalore on 5 October 2022 of Sri Durgamba Travels Non AC sleeper bus that costed me 1600 each bus no. KA 51 D 7157 and seat no is U29 and 30. On boarding the bus I saw pillows were distributed to all other passengers except me as I was the last seat passenger, their was no head rest in the last seat, no luggage racks were not provide, seat light was not functioning, the bed cushion was uneven and not clean, curtain rod was broken, the assistent spoke rudely when questioned. I don't recommend anyone to travel buy this bus agency.

Dangerous seat which can be injurious

I had booked a ticket from Shiroor to Bangalore on 27/11/21 PNR 633342 on Bus number - KA51 AB 3964. Seat No. F. On boarding the bus I realized the seat is not like other seats on the bus. It did not have any facility like a rack to keep bags, back rest or pillows which were provided to other passengers.
I am a cancer survivor with physical disability aged 55 years. When the bus started moving, I could neither sit or sleep and got hurt few times, including an cut on my finger. Finally I had book another ticket in Udupi to continue my travel. I am sure I would have ended up with a grave injury if I did not shift.
I feel they should inform the single women traveler, who are above 50 regarding the situation of the seat. In fact I consider it illegal to force passengers through such discomfort. I would like the transporter, Sri Durgamba Travels to compensate me for the trouble caused.

worst services and left at stop without luggage and money

Due to the reckless behavior of sri durgamba travels bus driver, cleaner (Phone no [protected]) and operator ([protected]). (With bus serivce number ka 51 d 8745, service from gokarna to bangalore).
They have wantedly left 6 passengers with 3 years old kid at pick up point after keeping the luggage inside the bus.in this 6 passengers 2 were senior citizen and 2 for female travelers.
After keeping the luggage inside the bus and all the money inside the bus.
We came down and having food in front of the bus and informed the bus driver about the food and came down infront of him while he was sitting in his place.
It was 7:45 pm bus departure time was 8 pm. Bus driver gave horn for getting in and we waved our hands to get in and he noticed it. Whey the hell bus was departed before the departure time without asking the passengers permission.
Before we come near to the bus and get into the bus he just drove very fast and wantedly left us over there.
Bus drivers responsibility is to check no of passenger inside the bus before departure of the bus and call back in case of their absence.
Why you people are running services and taking so much of amount from travelers when you people dont have such kind of responsibility.
We were literally running behind the bus to stop it.
They didnt stop and dint check till they left fro 5 kms from pick up point. After we called the operator then only they got to know the we were not in bus.
We called operator and informed that they left us before the departure time then they said bus will return to pick up point.
Later bus driver gave missed call and we called him back. Even after their big mistake they just gave missed call.
They denied to come back and they asked us to come on our own when we were left with no luggage and no money.
We asked for the amount and they denied to pay the amount.
We called operator [protected], he was not picking the call after that.
One kind person dropped us over there to get into the bus which traveled for 5 kms away from pick up point.
When we asked driver why dint you stop when we waved the hand he was giving reckless answers to us.
They are so reckless people and services where even after their mistake they didn't check the passengers and giving missed call to passenger. Giving reckless answers for their mistake.
Driver driving was also very rash.
Already leaving the bus at gokarna unknown place with 2 senior citizen, 2 female and 1 small kid was the worst.
We were left in a situation where something bad or worst could have happened that movement.
Who will be responsible for if something worst would have happened.
If the cab driver was not good then what could have happened. No one responded to the situation and left at that place without money then what would have happened.

We booked bus journey from thekkatte to bangalore (Hulimav) to a lady and her 4 year old daughter. Who were new to the city. It was confirmed while booking they will be dropped to hulimav gate bangalore.
However driver mid way told he cant go and forced the lady and daughter mid way. The baby was sick and mother was new to bangalore. This such a irresponsible gesture by the travels.
Please consider this as an serious issue and take necessary action.

My travel ticket (Baindoor to bangalore) booked through online portal. As per my time convenient they booked sri durgamba bus with preferred seat. Go t a call from bus agent saying that your bus cancelled and you have to adjust the seat which we offer. When we refuse to take that seat agent was rudely said "you can cancel the ticket we will refund the money or postpone your journey"
Agent arranged last sleeper seat in other bus (Route also change). I suffered lot because of horrible jump (Due to last seat).
I am traveling to bangalore for some urgent work, how a transportation company can cancel or suggest me to post pone my travel date?
This is very rude and unprofessional behavior, i really frustrated since its not fist time i am facing. Every time i am herring the same problem with this travels better cancel their route license and take strict action against them.
