I travelled on Sri Durgamba Travels bus (KA 51 AC 5773) on 09th Feb from Kundapur to Bangalore. I requested driver to provide extra stop once ghat section is over (i understand that ghat section stop may not be given) for urination as i had some urinal related issues. In spite of repeated request, the bus driver Sadiq denied stopping the bus, instead he started verbally abusing me. Later his colleague also joined him to abuse me. They mentioned that I can urinate in the bus but they cannot stop the bus for one person and people having health issues should not travel in their bus. In the morning, they asked me to get down in Jalahalli though i had booked ticket till Yashwantpur. When i asked them why I need to get down in Jalahalli, driver Sadiq threatened me to get down or he will kick me out of the bus. During entire my life I have never seen such rash behavior from a human being. I hope you will take some action against these kind of staff. I never expected that I will this kind of experience in Sri Durgamba Travels. I hope you will ask your staff to behave properly with the travellers and these kind of instances do not happen with others. I can think of boarding your bus once again if i get to know the action taken against this complaint. Was this information helpful? |
