Sri Guru Ram Das College Of Nursing Hoshiarpur — Illegal money taken in name of corona fees

The college has taken rupees 5000 from each student studying in msc for corona sanitization and services without any reciept or written letter/notice when they resumed the campus for exams of those students. The funds have been wired or taken in cash and no record is made available if the fees is legitimately taken or not. On asking for the reciept the response have been negative or threatening to demote in exams to the students
