I have called the bus driver and asked him to stop the bus at temple down street 30mins before the bus arrival time and he agreed for it. I have called again just 10mins before the bus arrival time to follow up on my request as it was raining heavily and he again agreed to stop the bus at the point i have requested.
I have seen the bus and raised my hand as a signal to stop the bus, but he passes over me. I tried calling him and he didn't answer my call for 3 times. Finally he picked up my call and told me to come forward for more than a kilometer. I requested him very politely as my parents are old and not able to walk in that heavy rain and also i have heavy weight luggage.
But the driver replied me harshly saying that "this is my bus. I don't want to come back for you. This is not an auto to stop here and there. If you want to come, i'll wait for 5 mins. Else i'll go." this the response from him. I'm a frequent traveller and have never seen such an irresponsible driver. Having no other option i made my parents walk in that heavy rain with such weights in hands.. This is the worst experience i have ever faced in my life.
If management understood my pain, please do something that could make me happy. I'm ready to fight against this issue and will definitely reach out to civil court just to make sure no other person should suffer like me. Was this information helpful? |
