Hi, I'm Rishitha. My friend and I travelled from Hyderabad to Bangalore on March 10, 2024 in Sri Krishna travels. Bus broke down in between kurnool and ananthpur highway. No alternative bus was provided. We travelled by our own to ananthpur bus station and then took another bus to Bangalore. The experience was terrible. We have tried reaching Sri Krishna travels for refund so many times and the response was not proper . Recently they told to that refund was initiated from their end and contact Paytm if you want refund and we did the same thing and Paytm came back saying bus operator denied refund. We don't know what to do but the struggle we have gone through that day was horrible. Started our journey at 8 pm at Hyderabad and reached Bangalore at 4 pm . I wish no one should go through this.kindly help me in finding an answer and refund for this issue . Attaching screenshot of the response of Paytm.

    We are the employees bus pick up and dropping late three hours we loss a one day salary for my duties. They are doing personal works in the way still we are not reached at my home town. Two hours late

      Staff is worest behaviour I think the bus conductor/manager is drunked alcohol
      & the bus is not clean this is not multi Volvo bus
      this is out dated bus

        My relatives sent parcel from Guntur yesterday[protected]
        Today when we went to collect the parcel the parcel was torn out very badly and 2 packets were missing from the parcel worth 250 rupees
        When we asked about the missing items and the parcel condition the person has not given a proper reply
        We paid 250 rupees luggage charge and we gave 25 rupees to the person who lifted the parcel
        By paying the amount for parcel there is no safety to parcels
        Who will bear the loss

          I am varma journey from Vijayawada to tirupathi on 13 th Dec form 6.10pm to 2.20am on 14 thdec.booked drop point is etc bustand tirupathi but ur servants are force to drop at Taj hotel tpt.after dropped expenditure is 200..Is this service?pl.rectify these in future.why my financial loss sir.

              Fraud

              I was traveling from Dehradun to Lucknow. And the bus operators behaviour was very insecure. I was moving to another city and the bus operators charged me extra money for
              our luggage. I was travelling with my friend and we were having just 4 individual luggage. And the bus operators was very offensive with our luggage and gave a rubbish reason the our luggage was occupying thier bus boot space. Please take strict action against these...

              My self G Srikanth travelled from Hyderabad to Ongole on 3rd June 23 with my wife and 2 years Kid faced rude behaviour with pickup executive Mr Ranga contact number [protected].
              When i gone through all your customer complaints most of the cases not got solution..This Ranga made so threatened atmosphere with me and my wife and 2yrs kid
              Let me explain in a short we booked ticket from Dilsukhnagar to Ongole at 11:25pm i called to driver at 11:10 pm his mobile switched off and tried this rediculous and uncultured human on this world staff Mr Ranga he said bus delayed for 20mints i said ok just ping me once reach near by place that time only his voice was so rediculous i asked why are you so arrogant when iam talking in respective manner and i disconnected..he reached the stop and called and we said we are on the way pls wait coming because he pinged in a short span at that time no autos also one side 2yrs baby slepping and iam walking 5 luggage baggage he so threatened if you people not reach in a minute will from the stop we explained the scenerio and after reaching also same rude behaviour and made so embrassed.
              I will wait for a weeks time whether this travela OWNER will punish Mr Ranga or not otherwise will post this info in all social media i am not at all threnting owner i am make him to understand the worst situation what Ranga has made us to face..if owner have some sort of courtesy towards customers or not..i also have some cadre in my profile Iam working as VICE PRESIDENT in a reputed Bank...he made us run witb 5 luggage bags 2yrs sleeping baby carrying by her mom just understand the situation..gave a minute and used rude langauge in front of all bus delayed for 30mints did we argued NO and dropped 45mints late did we NO if Sri Krishna travels owner not responds and make Mr Ranga to apologise me in a call its shows his least bother about customer complaints than that i will publish reviews once again its not threatening just make him to understand how he made last night so worst with this Rediculous Ranga uncultured unprofessional Fit for nothing Human

                  Recently I took journey from Hyderabad to Chennai where my bus stopped at 2:30 midnight & waited for 3hrs for another bus. After three days i took bus from Chennai to Hyderabad again bus got breakdown and stopped they shifted to another bus where there is no curtain to any window. Even the bus drivers cabin is visible where they are looking back very frequently. Curtains are maintained to avoid lighting and driver and cleaners seeing back caused discomfort and not felt safe throughout the journey Worst service. They didn't stop the bus even for dinner when we asked why they answered very rudely. Bus is full of Dettol smell which caused vomiting sensation in the AC. Need refund for my journey for causing inconvenience to me and my family through out the journey.

                    Hello This is Abhiram G, I have booked an Non AC sleeper to enjoy the fresh air . But the travels shifted to AC bus and in that AC is not working it was heavily suffocating in the bus ... There is no air and no one is responding for the problem

                            I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Kandukur with PNR No. SKT2127332 on 16-jan-2023 at the time of 3:16PM for bus service No. SKT - 132 with seats U2 and U3 on the names of K.V.Srinivasa Rao and Kumari through Sri Krishna Travels. But I got a message at 8:17PM from Sri Krishna Travels for the Journey details by changing of seats with U8 and U9 which are not selected by me without confirmation, I asked the driver for changing of the seats, He told me that the all sleepers are free anyhow you can continue the journey with U2 and U3, So I continued but at 12.30 PM Some of the bus staff disturbed us with changing of seats from U2 and U3 to U8 and U9, At that midnight they mentally disturbed and made a loss of sleep.

                            So Please let me make arrangements to get loss of sleep and disturbance in terms of refund of my booked amount of Rs.2196.44 as soon,

                              Iam middle of my journey just want to share my experience about Sri krishna travels this is the worst travels I have never seen in my life.
                              1. The bus has to start at 7.30 pm, they intimated 30 mins before there is a 1.30 ht delay due to heavy traffic they told they sent a message but we did not receive any message from them untill i call them at 8 pm they did not informed anyone. At 8 pm I decided to wait at their office i informed them and went to their office in benz circle office and the bus started in in front us and the staff told it will be their in pillar 3. But actually I went directly to varadhi from where we came and asked us to come back. It took 9 mind for us to travel to varadhi I have not find any traffic. Bcoz the seats are not filled they waited till 9 pm still the bus starts
                              2. Rest room at chailakaluri pet they did not stop, and they stopped at ongole from 7.30 pm to 12 pm how can a women can tolerate washroom for that long time
                              3. The AC in this bus is not working, after telling him for multiple times he told it's in 20 degree centrigrade. But only blow dyer is working
                              I don't why you people add this type of worst service in to your list
                              For 12 hrs if you have to breath air from blow dryer how much painful from any person, why we booked a AC bus instead of that we can book a non AC for half price.

                                My mother was travelling from Guntur to Bangalore & dropping point was at Kalasipalyam but driver asked passengers to get down in Silk Board Bangalore. My mother had leg issue & she is 49, is this is the way driver treat passengers?
                                Really this issue shouldn’t Be repeated again to any of passengers. I request to take strict action against driver.
