I want an apology from your drive srinivasa rao 9848549fff for his irresponsibility and rude behavior. The job of any driver to give the arrival time update and contact the customer with politeness to give the deliveries. Also, i have seen complaints on this srinivasa rao [protected] in consumercomplaints.in. If you have taken any action on these old complaints then this day wouldn't have arrived. His rude behavior is recorded and added in this mail.
On 24-aug-19 saturday a bike-transport is booked from vijayawada to banglore with pickup point as silk-board and got driver number in srikrishnatravels.
I called this driver about arrival time, this guy refused to give the details and showed a rude tone.
The second time i called him and asked please call me once you reach the tin factory. Now this driver picked up vulgar words and referred to call. This really hurt me badly.
So i took my cousin help from vijayawada, and he got the details of drop time as 6:30 am by contacting the transport department.
I was waiting in the silkboard from 6; 00 am onwards. This driver not called after reaching silk board and left the passengers silently without calling me. Before leaving he called and stated vulgar language words and drove.
Luckily i caught him at silk board signal. He refused to do the delivery despite asked him multiple times. So i boarded the bus forcefully. He started threatening and said he will run the bud over me and started using vulgar languages.
He drove the bus till the last stop but not handed over my bike. Insted he sent it to the office through the clear.
