I CH. Sri Raghavendra, Senior Assistant, working in Office of the Assistant Commissioner (ST), Begumpet Division, 6-3-789, 6th Floor, Pavani Prestige Plaza, Ameerpet, Above RS Brothers, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-500016.
I am to state that, i have appeared the B.Com Exams in the Scheme of Lateral entry stream and passed the Exams for three years vide Register No. B3L[protected], in the year for the period 2009-10.
As my Certificates were sent for Verification of Genuiness to the University, By Sri.S.V.Kasi Visweswara Rao, Joint Commissioner (ST), Begumpet Division, Hyderabad, Government of Telangana.with reference Rc.No.E2/NCR/144/2019, Date:[protected], as an amout of Rs. 1000-00 is paid through online for the purpose of Genuineness Certificate vide SB Collect Reference Number. DUC6736113, on 04-February-2020, through online.
As my Certificates and Payment Receipts were sent by the Registered post Vide RN[protected]IN, IVR:[protected], Dt: 13-February-2020, But Still the Certificates of my Genuiness Certificates were not received by the kind authority, it is still pending in the Univerisity.
I am herewith Enclosing the Copies of the1) Letter of Kind Joint Commissioner (ST), Begumpet Division, Hyderabad, Telangana State, along with my Certificates, 2) Payment receipt copy paid against Genuineness Certificate 3) receipt of the Registered post sent through Indian Postral.
i request the kind authority, Assistant Registrar, Director of Distance Education, Srikrishnadevaraya University, Ananthapur, Andhrapradesh.
As the matter of my Genuineness is pendency since (9) Nine months in the Srikrishna Devaraya University, Anathapur, Andhra Pradesh-515003.
