I have to applied for B.Com (computers)through SK university on 2016.i have to pay amount of 5060 through DD but still now i am not having any admit card.still no information from them i lost my one year.i am unable to approach them through telephone.what i do pls help me if possible.i dont how to share my complaint to University.

I lost my certificate I had police complaint copy with me is it enough or anything else to apply my certificate in University please suggest me sir... I am from nellore sir to much long to come there is it necessary to bring certificate with me sir please suggest the best way sir
