Sri Motors — Issue faced in Sri Motor, Kundrathur need your attention

Hello Yamaha,

I bought Yamaha Fazer version 2 in January 2015. Since I have given service only for Yamaha authorized Service Center(Sri Motors Chennai).
Two Months back(6-sep-2021) I was given service to Kundrathur Sri Motors for general service. I have informed them of two issues
1) Morning I am facing starting issue. Once started then it won't happen again.
2) Feeling slight chain noise.
They delivered on that day evening itself, saying everything resolved. The next day morning itself, I was facing the same problem. Then again went to the showroom given the bike for service.

Till now (21/10/2021) they didn't give me my bike. whenever I am calling they are asking two days time. they told me the below-listed reason for that issue.
1) First-time Battery issue.
2) Second-time Reverse charging plug problem.
3) Third-time Reflector problem.
4) Fourth-time Fuel injection problem.
5) finally they told me only the Wiring kit is a problem.

They order the Wiring kit almost a month back. Till now whenever I am calling they told me we didn't receive the kit. Is it take that much time?

I don't know whether the problem is with the Yamaha accessories production department or service center. They told me the production company leaves for 10 days for the Pooja holiday. Is that true?

Till now I have paid two times for the bike service within a month please find the bill in the attachment.
First bill amount- RS 1947
Second bill amount- RS 2061
Final bill amount -?

I have a couple of questions kindly answer for that.
1) Is that Sri motor, Kundrathur is authorized Yamaha Service Center?
2) Did you take one month time for single accessories order?
3) Are you giving 10 days' holiday for Pooja's?

They trying to make all of them fools. Kindly check and take appropriate action on it.
