About wrong commitment and said hurtful words
Hai, I gave service for my bike Yamaha Fazer version 1 the vehicle number TN 10 AT 0045 on[protected] for engine noise job card num 36607 the supervisor completely checked my bike and taken for a service at the time self-start was worked and even my battery also new one but its take more time to get my vehicle delivery almost month end I got the vehicle without self start at the delivery he said your battery not working we are not responsible for that when I'm beginning shouting for this manager said will replace the battery in low cost and said to reduced some amount in the total bill of service cost at that time they have solved the problem and gave spare battery for my use they said once to get the new battery will call, almost month crossed again I got the same problem and provided service again for the same complaint this week job card num 39376 they said will change the battery. 08/07 /2022 today I came for took delivery but now Mr.NemanthKumar is telling me that we are not able to change and he is telling me that we didn't commit for that I have an audio proof for that and very worst customer service they are giving they are giving false commitment to solving the problem on that time and they are talking very harmful and using hurtful words bcoz I'm coming from kolathur to Sri Motors Ekkaduthangal for service having works and family not able to come many times for that he is telling that's not our problem. finally, I'm not going to take delivery they need to solve my issue and I need delivery to my home.

Hello Yamaha,
I bought Yamaha Fazer version 2 in January 2015. Since I have given service only for Yamaha authorized Service Center(Sri Motors Chennai).
Two Months back(6-sep-2021) I was given service to Kundrathur Sri Motors for general service. I have informed them of two issues
1) Morning I am facing starting issue. Once started then it won't happen again.

Very worst customer experience

Very worst experience i have ever got. Poor customer experience they will call many times before delivery but once the bike is delivered they will never call you and update the bike details. Even if we call and ask for update they will say "tomorrow we will inform you" but that too never happened. I got my bike delivered on Sep 8 and only last week i got my rc book and that too only after i called and enquired for my rc book. Kindly do not ever prefer this showroom for yamaha bike. My bike too had some issues.
They said they sent SMS regarding reception of rc book, i have asked them to send me the details when she sent sms and how? but still they didnt inform. Very disgusting and worst. They never say the truth to the customers.

I am one of the your customer. before 10 months I bought FZ-S. i gave all service for below the service centre. but even single time they didn't clear simple matter. I dont have idea about what i do.. i complaint many times. i[censored] any reference plz take survey for the customers.
even they not change the engine oil for free service. very bad service or these kind of activities.

sri motors — WORST WORST SERVICE
WORST SERVICE EVER..I AM TOTALLY FEDUP WITH MY BIKE.THEY FAILED TO REPLACE PARTS THAT WERE DAMAGED IN MY BIKEWHEN I LEFT IT FOR SERVICE
I too faced the same problem.. and i complained to yamaha site too...
The Sri Motors(Yamaha) service center located at valasarvakkam didn't services my Yamaha fascino properly interior parts are not cleaned properly and water wash also not done properly in bottom of bike...
