Worst service provided by Renugambal Travels.
I booked this bus for Trichy - Tirupathi - Trichy.
1. The condition of bus was really worst, i was wondering how come a volvo multi axle bus can be in this state. Suspension was bad, seat's push back was not working, etc.
2. While coming back from Tirpuathi - Trichy, they provided us normal A/C bus (although we paid for Volvo) and they stopped at vellore. When we questioned about for not providing Volvo bus,
they informed us, if we want to reach early then proceed in normal A/C bus, else wait for a Volvo bus. We waited at vellore for almost 3 hours for Volvo bus.
3. When i raised this to Goibibo, they lied to Goibibo stating that "bus was breakdown". But actually that was not the case, just they were money minded and their attitude was "HELL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE".
4. The seats which were booked by me was given to someone else.
5. They never showed respect to the passengers (not only me, to the fellow passengers).
My suggestion is never take Renugambal Travels service. SUCH A PATHETIC SERIVE. And i'll never ever use this travels in my life again. Was this information helpful? |
