Totally useless bunch of ###! Worst service. Booked ac Volvo from Trichy to KOTTARAKARA. 11.15 pm bus, received cancellation message at 10.30 pm no alternative arrangements. Boarding point manager totally clueless. No refund yet, I had to suffer a lot. Mentally and physically.

I am Lokeshwaran, I am ticket booking in your bus service from Vellore to Trichy at 21.00 hrs boarding time. I will reach in boarding point at 20.30 hrs and I will wait but my picaping bus will not come. Later I will enquired at VDM lodge he tell bus was cancelled. Later I try to contact in your custemer number many times but no any response. Later one message was received in my mobile at 21.40 hrs your boarding time 07.00 PM. Then again I will try to contact but my call was not received. So I mentally disturbed and I will attend urgent meeting. My refund was not received. This is your slakness and I will go to consumer court for my mentally disturbed.

Worst service provided by Renugambal Travels.
I booked this bus for Trichy - Tirupathi - Trichy.
1. The condition of bus was really worst, i was wondering how come a volvo multi axle bus can be in this state. Suspension was bad, seat's push back was not working, etc.

I along with my family booked four tickets PNR Number: TGC12SS56EP for Sri Renugambal travels to travel from Madurai to Tirupathi on 18th Feb 2016.We boarded at 10 p.m and were supposed to reach Tirupathi at 8-9 am in the morning.But, we were asked to get down from the bus at 4 am.We tried to reason and argue with them but they said that they wont go Tirupathi since there is no other passenger.We even tried calling the police and tried taking help from the ticket agent Goosestore.in but none helped and the bus driver and conductor left us in the middle of the road somewhere near Vellore.
It caused a lot of problems and it was a terrifying momnet to be all aone in the dark with your family which included women.
Please take some strict action against them.Its shameful that not even the police helped.
I tried contacting their customer care but, after listening to the complaint they cut the phone.

About bus changes
I have book tickets on sleeper coach but they cancelled it and told some reason to that and changed my tickets to Volvo semi sleeper bus. But at the time of boarding they told me to get in an ordinary bus. The explanation given for that was not in a human manner. I heard that they are doing these kind of things usually I was reserved two ticket in tha name R.soundararajan&s.vanithamani.ticket no;28728975 from coimbatore to tirupati time;8.01pm.but the bus was break down at vijaya mangalam.kindly refund the amountRs.1615/.as soon as possible.thank you.
