Sri Sai Venkata Gayatri Cable Network — not getting the cable

We are not getting the cable from 15 days. We called them several times. They are not responding properly. From three days when we call they are saying we will send our person to check but no one didn’t come. We are paying the monthly bills correctly. They are irresponsible. They will come to collect the monthly amount in correct time but they will not respond to the customer problems.
