Hi, my cable operator collecting money on time, however providing poor quality broadcasting and service. When i requested for service he is
Giving reckless answering. Please help me how to get proper service on time to time manner? Also i am paying 310/- per month, however i dont see all channels are broadcasting to my connection. Please help me how to proper service from cable operator?...

We are not getting the cable from 15 days. We called them several times. They are not responding properly. From three days when we call they are saying we will send our person to check but no one didn’t come. We are paying the monthly bills correctly. They are irresponsible. They will come to collect the monthly amount in correct time but they will not respond to the customer problems....

I have taken one new HD set top box of hathway by paying 4000rs, but it is always showing unable to receive signal. Another old connection I have taken connection which was transferred from uppal to nizampet.
I paid penalty charges 400 rs but this is also not working. These guys are either not picking call or switched off. Worst service. Plz take action....

Hathway is not working last one month. People are working in sri sai venkata gayatri cable network are irresponsible. They are not pickuping the call or either switched off the phone. We are disappointed with these people while calling. Please make note hathway is good but cable operator is bad please take immediate action on cable network services....

Trying to call sri sai venkat gayathri cable so many times but no response. The contact numbers they have provided are either busy or switched off when we make a call.
We expect the minimum response from them. We went for hathway as we expected good response. We r customers since 4 years. So expect minimum response from hathway people.
