Sri Sri University — refund of provisional fees

Dear sir,
I am a student of first year, i had applied for admission in many universities in the first half of this year.
I had applied to sri sri university as well.
They were one of the first universities to give out the results but also demanded the amount of rs17000 for provisional admission.
After the provisional admission was done i received admission in another college in the same city as i live in so i decided to cancel the admission and asked for a refund.
I had sent a mail on 16th august for a refund and also another mail in september as they had not responded to it.
After a lot of efforts i was able to contact an admissions officer who gave me another number and asked me to contact him.
I tried to contact the other person and he said that the money will be sent in a period of 10 day.
I haven't received the amount till date nor are they picking up calls.
Sir please help me get my father's hard earned money back from them.
