Sri Vaari Travels — Paid for AC sleeper, but made to travel in a van for 3 hours, very rude and bad service by Sri vaari travels

We had booked tickets to travel on 05/10/2022 in Sri vaari travels AC sleeper at 1 pm from Pondicherry to Bangalore for 3000 INR. When we went to the boarding point (Pondicherry new bus stand), they told us to take the pick up van that they provided without any prior information. When we asked about the boarding point they said we would be boarding in the AC sleeper in tindivanam (45 minutes of travel). But the driver said we would be boarding in Tiruvannamalai (3 hours of travel). When we asked them they responded very rude and asked us to cancel the tickets at 01:30 PM. Finally We had to take the pick up van and got in the AC sleeper bus after 3 hours in Tiruvannamalai. We have a baby, faced feeding difficulties and privacy issues and a lot. When we said this the staff was so so so rude. Lots of mental stress because of this. You would lose your customers if you have such rudely behaving staffs with you.
