The Sri Vaari travels bus scheduled to banglore from pondicherry started at 10.45 and was supposed to reach at 5.30 pm. It stopped for rest time and I was left stranded alone at the rest stop. The bus conductor did not check nor call. My luggage is on the seat U6 and if they had looked they would have found me missing. The driver asked me to get on another bus and come. I paid 235 additionally to the setc to take me to Bangalore....

We had booked tickets to travel on 05/10/2022 in Sri vaari travels AC sleeper at 1 pm from Pondicherry to Bangalore for 3000 INR. When we went to the boarding point (Pondicherry new bus stand), they told us to take the pick up van that they provided without any prior information. When we asked about the boarding point they said we would be boarding in the AC sleeper in tindivanam (45 minutes of travel). But the driver said we would be boarding...
