Sri Venkateswara University — Didn't get the convocation certificate yet in after 3 months

Address:Tirupati

I completed my Batchelors of Science in 2016 and I applied for the convocation certificate on November 1st 2021. It was told that the certificates will be mailed to the address by 40 working days. But it had been almost 3 months and I didn't receive the certificates yet. Please help me on this!
