Sri Venkateswara University — requirement for my degree certificate

Hi sir,

This is syed roshanara here, i have completed my bcom (Ca) from "vishwahitha degree college" (S. V. Affiliated) in madanapalle in april-2018. After getting the results it is updated like i have failed in the subject of "advanced cost accounting". So, i raised a revaluation and paid the money on the same day of results. And i have called to the sv university staff as well. They suggested to give a instant exam in july-2018. And as per their suggestion i have wrote a instant exam as well in 10-july-2018. After the instant exam i got a message on 18-september-2018 from sv university by stating that your ug vi semester april-2018 examination papers has been revalued and they have updated the marks. But now, still from september till now i haven't receive the degree certificate. I kindly request you to help me to get my certificate soon as possible.
