I've come to the University at 10'o clock today i.e., 27/0 6/2022. First I came to the administrative building and learnt about the whole procedure. First I went to bank and paid e-challan then brought an envelope and then went outside of the University for Xerox copies apparently the one in the University is closed. I came rushing to the administrative building and the staff member said the envelope cover is not correct. So, i went to get another size envelope. After that he said one of the Xerox copy is not correct and when I asked the staff member a sample of correct size the staff member started shouting all of a sudden and I even don't know the reason why. So i rushed back to Xerox shop and got another copy. The staff member went for lunch at 12:30 and will be back at 2:30. I am waiting in the administrative building now. The specifications of Xerox and envelope covers are not mentioned correctly at the first time and I don't know what the staff member will say after the lunch. I know this isn't much of an issue but there are 20 students around me who didn't even go to lunch and some of them had to come from a different city for the certificates. This is clear act of negligence and mis treatment of students who are affiliated to the University.
