Sri Vishnu Gas Agency — Cylinder not Delivered

Hi All I am facing this problem almost for past 2 years. As soon as I book the refill, after few days will get a SMS that bill generated and Refill will be delivered soon. But it never get delivered. I literally need to chase the delivery boy or need to personally visit the Gas office to get the Refill. This is almost happening every time I book a refill. Due to this, really get into lot of mental stress, and getting a refill every time became an challenge. Don't we have any solution to this ? I dont know who created this portal and Manages, my humble request is please take some action to resolve this issue. I see many people posted their problems here, but did not really find any solution or answer.
