Dear Sir, My consumer number is 10053 and my distributor name is Sri Vishnu gas agency ( whitefield )I am not getting the cylinder right in time and the delivery boy insists me to let him know once the bill is generated.I am sure why he insists me to do this . Also to get my queries answered if I call the agency no one responds on the phone . They have 4 lines and none of them picks the phone .I have to go all the way from my house to the dealer place to get the queries answered.I am not facing similar issues at my native place .I am not facing this for the first time but this is a perennial issue .please look into the customer's woes and rectify this Was this information helpful? |
