Sride — sride e-wallet money redeem request submitted but amount never credited

I have earned rs. 8479/- in sride e-wallet thorough sride carpooling app and now trying to redeem the money to my bank account. For that, i have initiated the redeem of the maximum eligible amount which can be redeemed at one go i. E. 3000 /- on 1st june, 2020. Now it has been 1 week still respective amount hasn’t been credited to my account. Have already mailed to sride mail id (I. E. [protected]@sride.co) but neither the money got credited to my account nor i received any reply to my last email. Every time i drop a mail to their support mailbox i only get an auto-generated email in reply i. E. "we would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response. (Usually within 72 hours)". But haven't received any call or any mail in reply from them regarding the issue. They also didn't send me any ticket no which they are claiming as created in the auto-generated reply.

In this situation, i would like to take this up with highest priority and expedite the whole matter so that they (I. E. Sride credits the respective amount to my bank account at the earliest).

Hi,
I've earned 7230 through s-ride and not able to redeem the amount in my account.
Every time I'm initiating with minimum of 3000 as per the limit and getting a message that it will be done by 4 days and it never gets deposited. I'd initiated on 4 Aug 2020 as well as 14 Aug 2020 but nothing happened. I did drop a mail on 4 Aug and 14 Aug but no reply, even though it is mentioned in the mail that it will take 72 hrs to respond.
Please take necessary action to respond to my mail and redeem the money in my account.
