Sridhar Insurance Broker Pvt Ltd — Fraud in policy transfer

My name is Shubham sharma, I would like to raise my concern that someone named “Mr Ankur Shukla and Mobile No.[ +[protected]] from SRIDHAR INSURANCE BROKER PVT LTD DELHI sold me two policies from Bharti AXA with false ways in August and September 2023. He had contacted me on 26th August 2023 on call after I had received a call naming that call is from Ombudsman Department against 1 of my Policies that were running in Max life policies.after few days I got a call from Nikita from ombudsman dept number : +[protected].she assigned Ankur and Ankur Guided me through the Process of Policy Transfer into Bharti AXA and the entire communication was being done on Whatsapp. He asked me Freeze my Policies in max life first and then he will find me some Company where the Policies can be Transferred. He Further asked my Pan Card and other details so that he could complete the Transfer Process with Bhart AXA (Which he claimed to have accepted my transfer Request). He told me I would get More amount fROM max life without any surrender charges. One more person who called me was Rohan Malik: +[protected], who claimed to be from max life insurance On some date of September 2023 who said amount has been Increased and I made the Caller talk with Ankur to verify the same. I had first messaged Ankur that I received such a Call on whatsapp. I have all evidences with me. Ankur verified and asked me to First Purchase 1 more Dummy Policy from Bharti Axa so that Bharti Axa can issue an NOC document. Only then, the additional Amount shall be sent to me by max life insurance. The amount has been increased to- 577297 as informed by max life and confirmed by Ankur. I went through the entire Process once again and Purchased a 2nd Policy which He Named as Dummy Policy. As a Result, I Purchased 1 more Policy from Bharti AXA. Ankur told me that the amount will Hit my bank in 2 Parts by 10th December 45 days after the NOC is issued by Bharti AXA. I requested Ankur to email me all these things from your official email ID.
But he did not do the same. Rather he asked me that he will ask max life to do it.

He also told me that I should Go and Collect my First Part of the payment whose value had shown exactly how it was when I had surrendered the Policies. But My concern here was that I had lodged a Complain in Ombudsman because I needed Justice and Ankur assured me that policy was getting transferred. I was finding something suspicious in this activity as Ankur asked me not to talk anything in the max life insurance.
When I got the call from max life insurance They asked me if I was surrendering my Policy? and That they mentioned the amount that I was gonna Receive after the Surrender and I had shared that with Ankur and even asked him, why are they showing me less amount. I was very suspicious about it but Ankur clearly said, to just believe him blindly. I even Inquired that I don't understand why they keep naming the Term "Surrender" whereas, the max life insurance had transfered the Amount completely to Bhart AXA.. Please see in the screenshot attached. But he again called me and asked to believe him. HE KEPT on telling me that after both the amounts are hit, he will make sure that max life drops an email to me that rest of the Payment will be transferred by 10th December, after NOC is received from Bharti AXA. Its been 2 month now, since the 1st Part of the payment has been done which was only the two years premium of max life which was have paid.but ever since, Ankur has been Unresponsive. For so many days, he would simply not pick up my call or make some excuses on either his Injury or Absence from Office. I personally feel some Fraud has happened to me. Kindly Look into the matter. This person Ankur who claimed to be a Broker of Insurance Ombudsman cheated on me and got me into the Trouble by Purchasing the 2 Policies.

For 1st Policy he mentioned that, after 2 Years, I can surrender and Receive Full Amount
and 2nd Policy he mentioned that it was a Dummy Policy and my complete amount will be given back to me after March 2024.
I am requesting you to Please Cancel my Policies as I had absolutely No idea that this would happen to me. I sincerely Thought that a Govt employee had contacted me and helped me resolving my issues.

I even got Calls from Sridhar Broker (Which Ankur claimed that its for Verification and that Sridhar Broker are from Bharti AXA only. They are 3rd party Brokers of Bharti AXA and will verify and that I don't have to reveal anything but just Verify my details. )
I am hoping that I will get some justice from your company on this.

I dont know these guys are so I am copying all the numbers of these fraudsters
