Sridhar Insurance Broker Pvt Ltd — Fraudulent selling of life insurance

Updated by shikha.g257 My name is Shikha Mishra, I would like to raise my concern that someone named “Mr Amit Verma” (mobile no. [protected]) from SRIDHAR INSURANCE BROKER PVT LTD DELHI sold me two policies one is from Bharti AXA[protected] and another one is from Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance[protected]E ) with false ways in April and June 2021. He said that he is porting my ICICI pru policy with regulation of IRDA. And told me to send my personal documents on his whats-up number and during the verification process he also told me ‘not to use porting word’ else it will be difficult to port the policy. He said the claim process will be initiated by October 21. I used to call him many times for the status of the claim process but he always said, "it is in process" and told me to follow up after one week. By this way he passed 3-4 months . He also set up an ECS mandate for policy premiums. Now, I have cancelled the ECS mandate from my bank account. Policy broker is third party i.e SRIDHAR INSURANCE BROKER PVT LTD DELHI. This is completely a case of misleading and fraud.

One more person who called me Hemant Sharma(+91 [protected] – not reachable ), introduced me as ICICI Prudential employee and informed me that one of my ICICI prudential policy is closing due to non-payment of premium and he initiated the porting process. Then Amit Verma (+91 [protected])came into the picture, introduced himself as employee of Bharti axa and took charge of policy porting process, started misleading me and falsely sold two policies one is from Bharti AXA[protected] and another one is from Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance[protected]E ). Both policies are registered thru SRIDHAR INSURANCE BROKER PVT LTD DELHI. Porting request number provided was: SMPR[protected]QR. Now both policies' premiums are due.

I don’t want to continue these policies which are sold to me in false ways, especially with “Sridhar Insurance broker pvt limited”. I didn't receive a hard copy policy bond. I already reported and informed about this misleading act of broker to Bharti AXA and Edelweiss Tokio Life but they are able to understand my concern.

Hemant Sharma and Amit Verma have my document copies, I don't know how much more they can further warm me.

Kindly take some serious and strict actions against SRIDHAR INSURANCE BROKER PVT LTD DELHI who is misleading and doing frauds with innocent people.
