Srishti Hyundai — Reminder about service problem and careless attitude towards customer

Dear sir,
This is constitution with my yesterday email regarding the problem of service for my car grand i 10 with registration no. Hr12w3507. Still the status is same. And the service station is again delaying my work. Sir, i had submitted the same on the customer care yesterday and today also. They are saying that give us the time. And nobody is giving me the contact details of higher authority. On yesterday it was told to me that part flywheel will be available by tomorrow (14/04/2016) definitely or may be arranged by today from somewhere else. Again when i contacted to my service advisor today he asked me that he is telling to me in this regard after confirming, but till now no response from his side . Moreover he is not picking my phone. In between when i talked to madam megha in this regard at 11:22 am today she also asked me that telling to me after confirming in 10 minutes. But no response till 11:56 and when i tried to contact she did not respond. At 12:32 pm she called me and asked me that the part is not still there it will be available by tomorrow. Sir from tuesday i am here on leave from my service and till now i am in the loss of three day salary, still the car is not ready so i donot know till when i have to be here as according them all are free except them. And they are making me fool.
Sir, seeing their behavior i am sure that they had used my car in between 28/03/2016 to 01/04/2016 and during this there was a problem in the clutch plate. And now they are putting this on me. Otherwise how the problem can occur in the standing vehicle.

Dear sir,
I, naveen goe, am using a car hyundai grand i10 with registration no. Hr12 w 3507. Sir on 12th march, 2016. It got accident in gohana, which was deposited in the service station by crane on 13th march 2016 with a assurance that it will be repaired within two or three days. On 14th march 2016 all the paper formalities has been completed by me. After that no response from the service station up to two weeks, even i contacted two/three times regarding this only it was asked that it will time . On 28th march 2016 i received a call that your car is ready for delivery you can take it. I asked that i am working in himachal pradesh so can not come today, i will come on saturday. After that daily i received the call that take you car it is ready for delivery. On wednesday i requested that drop it at my home and you can get the payment from home. But my request was denied by saying that it is not possible. The same was continued on thursday and friday also. When i requested the same on friday april 1st, 2016 at 11:02 am on no. [protected] the person on line asked me to get the car dropped at my home. But it was not dropped till 05:00 pm. At 05:20 pm after a long wait, i again call on the same no. It was told to me that your car can not be delivered to you because there is a problem in the clutch and it need to be repaired. I don’t know, how there can be a problem in the same car which was ready for delivery on monday 28th march . When i talked to the in-charge madam megha on mobile no. [protected] she was also unable to clarify me the situation and asked me that the clutch work has to be done at customer cost only. Company is not responsible for that. Sir, what is my fault.
On 7th april my father visited to service station for the clutch work then the concern person taken the amount of rs. 1245/- and asked that the concern part will be there by coming monday i.E. On 11th april 2016. On 11th april my father asked on phone and it was told that the part has been delivered in the service station since 3 /4 days back. After this, on monday i take the leave from my office and i came to rohtak, for the service. On 12th april i talked to madam megha regarding the service of my car at 09:35 am then after 20 minutes she asked me to come to get the car repaired, after confirming to person concern in this regrad. I visited the service station at 10:15 am and upto 01:00 pm only they were making me fool by saying that car will be repaired in the body shop when i visited the body shop it was told to me that the car will be repaired in the main workshop when i came to main workshop then it was told that no toeing vehicle is available in the workshop. Again when i talked to madam megha then she managed to talk with the concern and surprisingly there was no need of the toeing vehicle the car was taken to main workshop by mr. Gautam by driving it. After lunch when its repair was started at 01:35 pm at 03:30 pm it was told to me that a part named as flywheel is not available for the car in the workshop and it will be available by tomorrow i.E. 13th april 2016 up to 09:00 am or at the max 10:00 am as they had placed the order. In the morning today when i contacted to my concern service advisor he told me that the part arranged from bahadurgarh is not of the grand i10 car, what a kind of technical skill work it is, that the part is managed by referring the car model and after delivery it came to know that the part does not belongs to that car and the part which was ordered is not delivered it will be there by tomorrow evening i.E. 14th april 2016.
Sir, you can understand how smartly they are making me fool since last one month and there is no one to listen me, even when i asked them to give the no. Or email to me someone of their senior then reply is that they can not give the same.
Sir, can you please tell me what is my fault and who is responsible for my mental harassment from last one month and three day salary of 12/13 and 14th april 2016, which i have to take for the car repair. Or i had committed a big mistake by purchasing the hyundai car, for which i am punished by your side, or this is customer dealing from hyundai according to the company. If so it is ok, otherwise give me the solution and take the necessary action in this regard.
