Srishti Hyundai — services on accident of vehicle

I own grand I 10 car having no Hr 12 Y2045. It was insured . I gave vehicle for repair to srishti Hundai Rohtak. concerned officials gave me 10 days to take vehicle after repair. My daughter had come to me from Dubai. I requested to provide me alternate vehicle till it was repaired but I was refused saying no vehicle is available. After 7 days I enquired then concerned told me that it's parts not received . After 4 days I again enquired then they told that another machine part has been demanded. I again asked then they told that monogram has been demanded for delivery which has not been affixed on the vehicle thou payment has been made.

Surveyer did not change the back light which is partly broken. I don't know why. as per ur co official it was not added by surveyer. May I know the reason. I got the service done & after service on bonnet my vehicle no is mentioned 2045. Is it the level of washing/ service. During this period my mother was hospitalized for which I had no immediate vehicle to take her. Can't co provide alternate vehicle. I am totally unsatisfied for the treatment/ services given by ur officials.
May I know the service of providing vehicle in lieu of damaged vehicle given for repair which insurance Co boasts?
