Dear sir, i am a customer of sristi cable in bishalgarh circle agartala tripura after taking set top box facility i am not able to see all the channels, i can only see 160 channels and service is quite bad our cable agent mr mithun saha not taking it seriously, if action not taken immedietly i will be forced to take dome steps. Now instead of 700 channels i can see only 160 among 160 at least 25-30 are not clear. I hope you will take it seriously.
