Dear sir, i am a customer of sristi cable in bishalgarh circle agartala tripura after taking set top box facility i am not able to see all the channels, i can only see 160 channels and service is quite bad our cable agent mr mithun saha not taking it seriously, if action not taken immedietly i will be forced to take dome steps. Now instead of 700 channels i can see only 160 among 160 at least 25-30 are not clear. I hope you will take it seriously....

I am a citizen of India living in Agartala, Tripura. I am a subscriber of srishti cable network and it is now more than 1 year ago i enroled with digital set top box which costs me Rs.1750. They charged all o[censored]s the same though it is selling in the other states a bit cheaper rate. On the other hand the did not provide any HD set top box.
