Srm Transports — Bus cancellation (02/12/2015) ticket refund - reg

PNR No: WB 9230626 Chennai to Tiruchendur, Seat Nos: 19, 20, 22 Bus service cancelled due to heavy rain, but I reached my native place thru local bus along with my family. Till now the ticket amount not refunded to my account. Mr Ragu, incharge of complaints, asking me for other options. I am a regular customer of SRM . But now i am not satisfied with Mr Ragu's reply. Kindly make arrangements to refund the amount to my account at the earliest, because already two weeks completed. if not I can again book complaints to higher ranks.
