      I booked the bus ticket in srm transports for 23rd march 2020 from tiruchendur to chennai in mobikwik app travel at 10 : 00 pm bus. To confirm the departure, i called the srm office and enquired if the buses will be running tonight or not due to lockdown announcement. They said the buses are cancelled an they will be initiating a refund for the same to the mobikwik account itself. But i still dint receive any refund for the same. I just need a email confirmation from you stating about the agency cancellation of the bus and moreover it was not my fault.

        Hello,
        I have sent my vehicle from coimbatore to chennai on december 26, 2019 in srm transport. While receiving my two wheeler, front mudguard is fully damaged. I asked the coimbatore office's staff, they told the driver is responsible for this. They gave the driver number and asked me to call him. My question is why i need to ask the driver. Srm transport is responsible for this. You only have to ask the driver. I have been speaking with driver and office staff, still no response. I have to replace my bike mudguard.

        Mudguard rate is Rs.850. I have video and all call conversations records. If you won't replace my mudguard I will go to the police station and complaint on SRM transport. Because of this not my mistake.almost one month over. I will wait only for the next two days. If I not get any response from your side, I will go to the police station. There is no option for me.

          Today i have travelling from chennai to nagarcoil it was opreated day service.. Good service to travelling much more better convenient. After noon 13:00 hrs
          Semi sleeper a/c service. Bus details given below

          D/c, chennai-nagercoil, busno:tn 19 ad 3404, @koyembedu omni bus stand time:01:00pm, driver:[protected] since we have traveling the time the srm bus opreator has not provided blanket and water bottles also.

          We travelling to day unsatisfied, because there was no entertainment and music/movie, then we are entire travel is very boring of the day

          Pls advise your bus opreator convenient to co opreate with passenger pls to be arrange facility to them, we are travelling chennai to nagarcoil minimum 8 hrs to 10 hrs. How is possible entertained we are travelling to here.

          Look in the matter take step on improve your service.

            But that vehicle has not provided blanket, water bottle also.

            More over we travelling on the bus minimum 8 to 10 hrs this have been operated day basis,. We are silently sitting there, there was no entertainment

            Pls advise your team and looking the matter above said matter has been provide the passengers to full fill completed the trip.

              Good day.

              Sub: wrong information given which leads to board another two people 12.45am (Already rescheduled bus timing), where we supposed to be boarded who booked seater scania and which leads to wait until 3am morning for another bus

              Myself and my friend supposed to board the bus mercedes benz ac sleeper from madurai to chennai. Due to improper information given by lucky translink (Madurai mattuthavani) another 2 person who booked the srm scania seater took the bus which we need to board. This unfair situation causes us to took the bus by 3am which initially booked for 9.45pm and later received a call saying there aren't enough passengers from nagercoil and asking us to take 12.45am bus. already we have sacrificed that my usual 22:00 time and i have agreed to 12.45am bus, since the lucky transklink asked us to, and also by giving wrong information to us, we should be in chennai by 7.30am if i would come in 12.45am bus, the bus driver said that those 2 persons have the correct information and he will board them, making us nothing but a foo. I want this to considered as a very serious issue. I want my money in return for this inconvenience caused.

                I booked ticket from nagercoil to chennai on 11/11/2019 through redbus app
                When i was board and get into seat, that was last berth. Window glass was broken and it hanging half paste.
                I can't believe its very unsafe conditions
                I complaint about the same to driver and others
                They simply refused and they said it was happened last week. And we running same conditions no issues like.
                I told them to do something and change my seat but they refused my request and we have to replace the glass once we went to main branch (Chennai).
                In this conditions if any one travel in this berth they will fall down will running bus.
                Very very unsafe.

                  I have booked srm transport from madiwala, bangalore to nagercoil in ac sleeper bus on 06.11.2019, bus was at 7.45pm but it arrive madiwala only at 09.00pm its already late here. Then on next day 07.11.2019 morning 06.15am i reached madurai, actually as per online bus info its the time to reach nagercoil. Then the bus driver ask me and some more co passengers to shift to another bus (Srikrishna bus : chennai to nagercoil) from madurai. My clarification is if your srm travels couldn't reach the destination then why do you want to update that destination.

                  I have paid rs 1077 for ac sleeper but after half of my jorney i was shifted to non ac sleeper which was rs 570 from chennai to nagercoil and i must need proper response and refund.

                    I booked a ticket from kumbakonam to Chennai on oct 28 2019 at 11:30pm. But the bus which come from Chennai broke down on the way.the SRM transports called me and said they can arrange a volvo semi sleeper bus, but I booked a sleeper bus.i told them this situation and they said that they can apply on redbus for refund.i applied the redbus but there is no response email or callback from redbus for 3 days.after that they claimed that bus was on schedule and no problem.i called SRM Transports but they said that only replacement bus was there instead of original bus .that I would get my money back.but the red bus said that the bus was on schedule

                      The bus was from coimbatore to chennai and in the middle nearby salem around 1:30pm the bus was breakdown and we passengers where standing out so long from 1:30pm and their is no arrangement of bus no response from customer care the driver from 1:30 says now it be done but yet nothing is done and we passengers are still in road. So i kindly request to take an action on this matter

                        Hi i'm traveling in srm bus from chennai to tirunelveli. When i book the ticket it shows that the bus will reach tirunelveli by 4 pm but it haven't reached yet (5:40) and i think it will reach only by 6:15 pm. This is not the first time as it always happening with this bus... The main thing which i want to escalate is, every travel organisation should not promise a wrong commitment (Timing) which they cannot apply in reality...

                          I booked my trip from chennai to nagercoil in srm mercedes benz scheduled at 9.45pm on 21.8.2019. The bus doesn't look like it said, no comfort at all. It was dead slow and stopping at many places for tea n coffee. I supposed to attend my friend's wedding at 9.30am, thats the reason i searched and booked this bus. But it wasvthe worst bus i ever travelled. It supposed to reach nagercoil at 8am, when enquired with the bus driver and the assistant, they gave the wiered look at me and gave me a careless answer stating that bus will never reach nagercoil before 10.30am and thats the usual time..in that case, why the hell it was mentioned in the ticket and all online site that it will reach nagercoil by 8am? Are you all fooling the people?? Poor customer service. Moreover, the bus doesn't look like the mercedes benz as it was mentioned - it was horrible than the normal bus. I will never and ever travel by srm in future.

                            During festive season online tickets were blocked by srm members. We had called and booked our tickets. The srm guy had asked us to come to his place to book a ticket. It was not possible for us since it is too long to travel. Then the srm guy had given option to pay by paytm or account transfer. During that day online transaction in bank was having issues. We had done payment via paytm. He said he had not received the payment. Then again we have paid via online transfer after the bank issues was sorted out. Srm guy asked us to raise a complain against the transaction. Please check this issue and revert back the amount paid.

                              The worst travel experience ever din expect this with srm. Route: tirunelveli-bengaluru; boarding time:9:20pm bus was late it came by 10:50pm, the bus looked like hell the seats where torn and bed sheet was like towel, screen was not there (Bus no:8905). I complained to the driver he said you all will be changed in another bus at kovilpatti and that bus was dead slow i donno the reason why? What a worst service making passengers get down at night. Then we were changed to another bus (No:ka 8908) it looked good but when i woke it was 8am travel location was near salem, my dropping time @banglore:8:20am but we havent crossed dharmapuri by this time. Then happened the worstest bus tire was torn and we where halted in a petrol bunk near dharmapuri for 1hour and the changed tire is also damaged. At any cost dont try to convince customers give back the amount paid 1769inr. I need a refund. My interview is spoiled 10am was my interview and the purpose and paid amount is wasted due to your carelessness and service. Blackmark on you. Do refund.

                                I have booked a bus from chennai to kavalkinaru on monday 12 aug for 1200 rs... bus was in terrible condition ..can even touch the seat i was booked can beleive how can they expect me to sleep on that ... i could see the wiring in my ceiling area which was taped for safety measures it seems.. my upper seat can any time fell down and kill the person below me as suspension was not tight enough.. my journey was horrible... AC was not working though ppl started to shout the driver was least bothered..they hv audacity to take the bus in this condition and making us fools.. pls dnt ever book in SRM.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had booked the bus to kumbakonam from chennai on friday (10th aug). The boarding point was at shanthi petrol pump near airport and the pickup time mentioned as 11:00pm. I was waiting at the pickup point from 10 :40. Pm till 1:00 pm but there was no sign of the bus. The customer call center number was not responding and there was no intimation. I eventually left the pickup location at 1:00 am and came back home. I received a call from the driver at around 1:30 pm that he had reached the pickup location but was unable to reach there as i was near home.

                                  Requesting a refund of the amount paid for the ticket (Rs 1100) as i have missed the bus due to negligence of srm transport.

                                    Booked bus from Chennai to Tuti. BusNo:PY 01 CH 8589, on Aug 4 2019. I usually book SRM if I am boarding from Perungalathur. First time I booked a sleeper. (Benz). And shocked to see the conditions of the bus. Outside it was neat and clean

                                    1. Petrol smell was all over the bus. Smell was constantly coming out of AC went. Had to tie A handkerchief to avoid the same
                                    2. Condition of the bus worst. Attached find the pictures. It was very humorous when the driver was scolding an attendant that a passenger had put the blanket down when the whole shape of the bus was upside down
                                    3. Bus broke down and we were shifted to another bus in the middle of the night . Sleeper and at least the spare bus was ok

                                    Guys you are a brand trusted by users. Please maintain the same

                                    There are loads of complaints here. Not sure me writing here will improve the circumstances. However if a fellow passenger benefits by reading this I am happy

                                      I was waiting for my bus py01ct5292 srm ac sleeper.. The bus arrived at the stop we waited for almost 2 hours and the bus got departure from my home town. Again the bus was breakdown and we got changed to a semis leeper and then we were dropped in an hour and we still waited for half an hour and the srm transport changed us to a scania bus which was a semi sleeper but my dad had problems in his shoulder so he can't travel in a semis leeper.
