I booked ticket on 27.06.2018 from chennai to tuticorin ac sleeper. Boarding time 09.25pm at porur toll. I reached the boarding point on time and waited for long time and i called the phone number which was given in the online booked ticket and that number is not reachable. So i searched a contact number of srm office throught browser and made a call with koyambedu and perungalathaur srm office to confirm the bus arrival but no one pick my call. And the bus came 30 mins late and they stopped the bus before the boarding point and then bus started moving without me. Then i stopped the bus and asked them why you didn't call me and confirm whether i'm coming or not, without confirmation how you started moving and they told it is not our duty, if you want you should come we will not call you, (Is this srm transport terms and conditions) and they talked very rudely and very rubbish. Driver is very worst in handling passengers. Srm transport management should make enquire on this issues. This was my 2nd bad experience with srm travels.
Please make available of all the contact number of srm transport. Some of the phone numbers are not reachable some numbers are not picked.
