Srm Transports — Driver misbehave to the passenger

Velankanni to Bangalore Route. Traveled on 30th May from Trichy to Bangalore. Boarding at Mayas Hotel Chatram Bus stand at 11:15 PM. Driver Mobile: [protected]. Mgr Mobile: [protected].
Called manager to confirm the boarding point at 10:59 PM. Driver called around 11:24 pm and ordered me to come to another location to catch the bus.
When I asked why, he started to shout and used bad words and said I'll kick you when you catch the bus. I asked the same when I entered to the bus,
how can you say such words to a passenger. Driver started to use bad words again. I informed the same to SRM travels Trichy Branch manager Murali.
He said that he is on the way to Chatram bus stand and he will ask the driver about his bad behavior. However before he reaches the bus was started.
And the driver was stopped the bus around 2:15 pm and started to fight with some other vehicle guy, it was stopped at the midnight on the road for more than 1 hour
though its not safe.
I expect you would take necessary action on the driver and train all the drivers how to behave to the passengers.
