Srm Transports — Driver not customer friendly

I have boarded bus from Coimbatore to Chennai on 23rd Sep by 8:30PM . I Was unwell when board the bus. Despite repeated Request Driver not stopping in medical shop as I am unwell.. driver said you have to take medicine and board the bus. Who is he to comment about My emergency health condition. I have to plead him to stop.

We should not board such worst service bus.
