Sir, My agent has made the following reservation: -mticket- Chennai to nagercoil Tin: 435kqx22 Pnr: rbac51d57 Travels: srm transports Dep time: 10:00 pm, 09-mar-2018 Seats: 3 Primary passenger name: jayaseelan Gender: male Boarding pt: koyambed-srm terminal: Landmark: next to cmbt. Address: 1/1-100 ft road, opp-hotel adayar ananda bhavan, arihant tower. Contact: [protected]/[protected] Thanks. Please present this mticket at the time of boarding. Tandc apply = When i reported for the bus, your staff with the chart told me that i have to pay the fare rs.1050 for me to travel on the above bus from chennai to vallioor as there is a remark to collect the fare from me. I showed the above message and argued with the staff, if the amount is not paid by my agent, how did they and i get this ticket advice and how does my name appear in your chart? The staff said "i don't know anything about that. The agent could have paid through internet but unfortunately it was not in our system. If the agent had paid for your ticket, his account will be credited back. Now i have been asked to collect the amount of rs.1050 if you want to travel on this bus". Since he was not willing to accept any of my explanations, i paid the amount rs.1050, hoping my agent account will be credited. But, unfortunately his account has not yet been credited and pressing daily for the payment. I kept on saying to them, if you had paid the ticket fare you would get it back from them. The agent is getting upset and demands the ticket fare immediately. How can i pay twice for the same day travel on the same bus. I believe the agent as i have the above booking advice. Hence, i kindly request you to look into the matter seriously and make arrangements to credit my agent with rs.1050 at the earliest. I am hearing now such cheating practices are going on at chennai on other bus services. When i informed about my case they were shocked and shocked and wondered "in srm no way". So, please investigate thoroughly and credit the amount to my agent account, otherwise your long earned reputation may go to dogs. Kindly advise me the action take. Thanks Sincere yours S.
