Booked ladies ticket from chennai to chidambaram, near to chidambaram around 7.30 pm lady passenger ask to get down at bypass road, by time in chidambaram does not have auto service in outer area, how can she reach chidambaram town - if you have procedure like this you would have inform at time of book the ticket so that we do alternative.
