Srm Transports — Not informed when the bus is leaving / Didnt attent the cal and no proper response

Hi there, This is to bring in to your notice that I(Vivekanandhan), booked a ticket in SRM transports from Chennai to Thiruchendur for 2nd October, 2015. Boarding at perungalathur. As I booked the ticket through Redbus website, I got the M-ticket stating the departure time is 7.45pm, but unfortunately I reached the boarding point only around 8pm. Meanwhile as I knew that it would be late to reach the boarding point, I starting calling the contact numbers given in the ticket (Contact no – [protected] / [protected]), but no one picked my call It happened several times as finally when I reached the boarding point (SRM office, Perungalathur) and enquired about the bus, I got a reply that the bus had left the point already, Now I clearly agree the I have committed a mistake by not reaching in time and I have missed the bus.. ok fine.. But please explain me what is the person doing in the boarding point by not picking my call, I didn’t even get any call from him saying the bus is going to leave, after reaching the point also when I asked him in person his reply was not responsible This cannot be tolerated, In case, If say I had reached in time and the bus is late by 15mins or 30 mins, (which you will usually do) will the transport or the person in boarding point responsible for my delay when I reach the next day..? Try being responsible and please give responsible answer to the passengers who are paying to excessive fares to you, for which you people are not at all eligible. If the bus is delayed due to traffic or other problems, then it is ok. But getting such a huge fare can’t you people make one call or at least attend the call or even give a proper answer when your passenger is in trouble. This is totally unethical and you people are not fit to run such service. You people do not 1. Maintain timing always 2. Reaching time may change 3. Make us wait and do not give proper answer 4. Huge fare for trips We are adjusting all these irritating issues for you but a transport who has office all over the state cannot make or attend a single phone call, and such irresponsible person you have as in charge. I know you will never mind to take any action seeing this complaint but I ll do it for sure, the person in charge will face consequences for his worst behaviour and the respective company will also face the consequences By M.R.Vivekanandhan Advocate, High court, Chennai
