Srm Transports — Poor Customer Service. | |||
My friend booked a ticket with SRM for me on 19th June 2015 for travelling from Chennai to Trichy.My friend made a mistake from my end while booking the ticket. he didn't choose my gender properly, so instead of male, He booked the seat as female. I fully accept this mistake from my end. But the Bus operator did not let me travel on the date. They did not even let me take any other seat on the same bus or any other bus leaving that night..They dint even do simple Customer Adjustment. Poor Service.I had to undergo quite a bit of trouble to get another bus ticket from a different operator. SRM and its employees should take this matter seriously and take action on this. The person in the booking office of SRM shouted at me and did not let me even cancel my ticket. Nobody in SRM has taken any step to help me out.. This has given me a lot of trouble and financial loss Was this information helpful? | |||
