Srm Transports — refund amount | |
I have booked a ticket from chennai to nagercoil on srm website and cancelled the same ticket on 26/09/2017. The refund amount has not yet credited to my account. I have tried contacting them and no reply from their side. Really fed up with the service and have mailed the person who has been in charge of payment section but so far no reply from their side.
