Initially, i have booked a sleeper coach through online for my travel from chennai to trichy on the night of 10th march 2018. I have booked a lower berth and paid rs. 756.00 through credit card. Amount deducted from my account but neither an e-ticket nor a sms received from srm transport. Please arrange to credit back the amount in my account.

Further, i have booked tickets on 8th march 2018 in srm through on-line for my travel from chennai to trichy (10.3.18) and back (12.3.18). Onward pnr no. Wb113ae65 - trip name: m153 - seat no.11/ return pnr no. Wb113ae66- trip name: m226a - seat no.14. I have paid rs. 525 +525 through net banking [hdfc]. I have cancelled tickets on 10.3.18 morning. I have been informed that a sum of rs. 400 and 450 will be credited in my account. Kindly see that the amounts are credited to my account immediately. I have registered a complaint also with your customer care yesterday. Please arrange to help a regular customer of your travel company.
