Dear SRM Team,
I had a travel from Chennai to Tirunelveli on 1st April 2017 with a 1yr old baby. I was really satisfied with the handling the customer and the respect to the lady passenger. Due to which, we planned to return by same provider with some extra luggages. I personally called the SRM office at Nellai to enquire about the luggage. The representative, informed me that he wil help me to sort out the luggage issues and discussed to pay for extra luggages. Later during the time of boarding, we tried to manage the luggages, but a SRM staff (who doesn't even know to handle a customer valuably) speaks rude and also, it is SRM's responsibility to provide us a proper information during the call itself.
Finally the extra luggages were left back at the place. I don't know whether its my mistake to trust your service or your mistake to fool the customer with false hope and disrespect the customer.
Also, don't know why people of your same service behave differently at different places.
