Bus No: PY01CH7698 Safety measures not followed. 1.Hardly a person could walk in the passage meant for walking. 2.No curtains to cover the windows. 3.Pillows stuck to the bed as hard as stone. 4. No TV or video 5. Not even a bottle of water was provided This kind of an experience for a A/C sleeper bus last trip with SRM.
