Srm Transports — Worst maintenance bad irritating smell inside the bus and there are lots n lots of bedbugs showed me hell

One day back i traveled from Ravulapalem to Chennai in this SRM bus. it was very horrible journey i never had in my life. Starting itself bus came by 35 mins late, And when i entered into the bus there was very bad irritating smell and most important thing is there are lot many Bedbugs showed me hell, entire bus was like that and all passengers were suffered from those bedbugs. And the cleaner and Driver were not bothering about us and very rude behavior. they didn't responded properly, they simply said that it will be cleaned once reaches the Chennai.
