Hi, I am travelling from chennai to pudukkottai. Bus got delayed for more than an hour. We are not able to track the bus. We didn't receive any message regarding vehicle number. Helpline number is busy all the time. Luckily it got connected once in 100 dials. No proper info about the delay when we called the service desk. We were about to cancel the trip bcz of ds. Finally, bus came after 1 hour. Driver was so cool saying that it always happens. Too much irritated. And on top of all, ac is not working properly. Worst travels Was this information helpful? We booked 5tickets and money was deducted but still we didnt receive any ticket confirmation. On calling the travel guy he said to complain to customer care, but still no complaint was taken as the customer care didnt pick up my call, on again asking the travel guy he sqid itll be refunded but still no amount was credited.please look into it
