This is worst travels i have never come across. Please don't travel in this bus services. Time mentioned for arrival was 8am. Bus was seven hours late. This bus is from chennai to vizag.in between they changed the bus at some place. They moved all the passengers from one bus to other. And i had a flight at 10 am to mumbai. I missed it bcoz of this bus. I need my money to be refunded. Please who ever takes this bus ask whether you will change bus in between.

I have applied for the refund of my son aditya jain, (Application no. [protected]) on dated 4th june 2018, in srm university, kallankulathur - 003203, chennai, he applied for the computer science, b. Tech
Course, in your modinagar branch, on 17th may'2018.
He got compartment in one subject in xii board, therefore applied for refund with all the original documents send to the department.
With repeated request time and again, still haven't received the refund of rs. 2, 00, 000/-.
Kindly take necessary action and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

I am writing this complaint for my brother who is studying Final Yr B.Com in SRM University. Since he has suffered from jaundice, he was unable to attend the classes. His class Tutor is well aware of his illness. Unfortunately his attendance is only 63 percent and they are not letting him to write the exams and asking him to redo the full year.

I don't understand because he has genuine reason and they are not even considering the medical certificate,

We went to the coll with whole family they have treated us very badly,

If his attendance is low why should they collect the exam fees,

It should not happen to the final student who is dreaming about getting graduated in four to five months,

They are not giving us any other options, only thing they suggest is redo the full yr,

Please someone help us on this. Thanks

I monu dahiya applied for provisional admission in srm university sonipat (Haryana).in the mean time i got admission in govt collage. My son send a e mail dt 15 jul 2018 to srm university sonipat to cancel his provisional admission. Next day my son visit to srm university sonipat to refund the fee. Direcotor admission return my son saying last date was 15 jul 2018. He said i send e mail to you for cancel my provisional admission alongwith scan copy of all document. He said i am not accepted your e mail. There after i am my son visit to srm university to refund fees. I also give a application to refund provisional admission fee. There after two time i visit to srm university sonipat. He is not giving reply of my application till date. My son provisional admission fee rs 30000 is still pending with srm university sonipat.

I applied admin office assistant job. They said send application fees 500rs.. I send through netbanking.. After i sent money he told wednesday u come and join but still now him number is switched off. I want my money back. Kindly help me. Him mobile number is [protected].. My son is studying in srm university modinagar 2nd year b-tec, from 1st year he is complaining for the bad quality food serving in the mess, roties, daals are not properly cooked, many times they has to wait for the food and don't get sufficient quantity of food, even today he is complaining the same. After charging a huge amount children are not getting proper food sometimes they they fall ill, they are facing health problem. My appeal is please see the matter seriously. Thank you.

University library building 13 th floor rest room, one tap is leaking and 2nd floor gens toilet one tap is leaking

My phone got theft inside the katankulathur campus in car parking near the architecture block. I kept my phone inside my friend's car and we went to write our semester exam in architecture block on 09.05.2018. After the exam got over, came back to the car and i found that my phone was missing. My daughter bidisha basu is in biotech 1st yr. Applied for edn loan but due to some reason the demand letter was not delivered to my postal address and returned back to ur ofc. Kindly re despatch the same to d following address so that i can submit d same for loan process by 15/5/18.

I just wanna say that my staffs in my department are so rude and point out us. Some students in my class are close to v. P and other staffs so they easily got attendance at all, but for me they wont give any attendance for my absence, but i had an severe bike accident and got fracture in my leg and completely gonna rest for 4 months, but why tamil peoples have to pay fine even though i gave my medical certificate for my absence they didnt consider that., but the hindi guys are easily get attendance by close to the staffs... What is happening in srm ihm they making partiality among students... And today they wouldnt allow me to wrote my last semester paper and i got arrear in my todays exam and the fine amount for the attendance is to high and this is what they do in all semesters... My life has been wasted for one more year and they done to me... Atleast please consider this complaint and take major steps on srm ihm nc (National council) staffs for not affecting other students future... And i know this complaint may affect my future exams but i just wanna justice for my degree and it my rights.

Sir,
I am shashi shekhar tiwari passd out in 2014 in bca. I am collected my all certificate but not collected provisional & migration certificates.
I came to university in 3 times & gave application every time. Office staff punuswami said he will post my certificates but he didn't do that. Also he gave me his number but had never responded to my several calls. Now i'm unable
To come and collect my certificate. I live in jharkhand & it takes very long time to reach there.

So sir pls send my certificates in my postal address as soon as possible.

I've applied for entrance test of srm university
I want to change my test city center as i'll not be able to reach my allotted city any how due to some sudden personal problem.
I've called thrice and everytime they say "we'll see to your matter today/tomorrow"
Its been more than a week now.
I've emailed 8-9 times but still no response.
I'm highly agitated by administration staff. Don't you see its about someone's future?
I want a quick action for my plea.

Im uma. I admitted here for my first delivery before 4 months. Dr. Saswathi said to that me my baby was sick so cesserian should be done. I said ok. But atlast minute one staff nurse came and said to methat my baby was normal only. She planned to earn money. She is always money minded and srm hospital management supports her a lot. Please consider humans life and please take neccessory action on that doctor and that hospital. Hope you wil take my complaint in to your consideration.

Sir i have applied for fee refund and cancellation of admission online on 1/07/2017. As per the rules the date of online submission should be considered. But i received only 80% amount of 2lakhs which i paid. When i have sent a mail regarding this i got a reply stating that soon the issue will be addressed. Its been 1 month and i didnt receive the due amount 40000rupees. Kindly please send money. My admission number is 302356.

I am prachi shukla with application number: 1027962 and student i'd : 306754. I was admitted in btech (Information technology) in srm university kattankulathur campus chennai. I claimed for refund of my tuition fees on 1/07/2017 but i got only 80% of my tuition fees back. I submitted 3, 50, 000 and i got only 2, 80, 000. I paid 2, 00, 000 at the time of counselling by demand draft on 19/05/2017 and 1, 50, 000 was online payment through sbi gateway on 23/05/2017. I request you to kindly refund my 100% tuition fees as the date of cancelation was before
2/07/2017. I have already send you all the document by courier.
I will be highly obliged if you consider my request.

1. My son vishal chandel applied for refund on 15.06.17 from srm uni. Srm university replied on 22.08.17 to check bank account utr no. Ciubh[protected]. I checked with sbi tagore garden new delhi on 23.09.17, they told that they have not received the utr.

2. Please instruct srm univ to refund my son fee in a/c no [protected] without any delay.

I will pay remaining fee after consulting through a sbi collect i am pay 49000 two days using debit card but i didn't get any conformation message or any letter please give me any conformation sir/madam i will send a pay recipets in the below i will pay total 150000 but 52000 only send fee conformation but 98000 didn't give any conformation sir please give confirmation

First of all i want to inform that my brother is studying in srm 3rd year eee branch.
He suffers for all small n big issues but the parents and i had to suffer the same, there is no management of fees payment, the portal doesn't works and we had to pay the fees twice as the portal always shows "payment failed" every first time when doing the payment, even for hostel the fees is submitted but student is not allotted the room no. And this is a big big failure and issue in every semester...!!!

There is no physical body or committee to whom we can contact. Even there is no student representative to which a student can pass his complaint and sort the concern problem, he has to rush here and there to get things done, no management, no policies are there for the support of students.
I want to add this thing too about the food that is provided — students that eat only veg suffer a lot with i will say "malnutrition" as they are not given regular chapatis and veg food, only 3 days are set for veg food and rest 4 days is set for non-veg eaters... How can a student survive...!!! This is ridiculous...!!!
My brother couldn't complete one time food with proper veg as there is no chapati, or even dal to eat with rice, even rice is not provided daily... This is the height of quality and reputation srm holds...!!!

I request this consumer portal to pls pls raise the action against these issues so atleast a student can complete his basic needs of food and study well, we are supporting our child by paying such a huge amount srm demands but we cannot pay twice or thrice just because of your inefficient portal...!!!

If possible... Pls ask for the complaints raised till now and create a commitee with right person to take actions so we can contact to inform our and students issues.

I filled admision form of srm university chennai on 25/4/2017. My application no. Is 1105166 and selected test centres as gorakhpur lucknow and varanasi respectively.. But after payment they showed me that i have to give exam in kanpur on 27/4/2017.. And it was not possible for me to reach kanpur in 1 day... They should have informed me earlier that i have to give test in kanpur.. I want my money back.. As they have fooled me

My daughter got admission in your kattankulathur campus b tech 1st year in 2016 and also got room in staff engineering quarter block b ladies hostel but i would like to say that still she did not get password to use free wi - fi inside the university campus.
Therefore requesting you to guide me how she would get the password for using free wi fi....
