SRM University — Furnish password for free wifi

Sir,
My daughter got admission in your kattankulathur campus b tech 1st year in 2016 and also got room in staff engineering quarter block b ladies hostel but i would like to say that still she did not get password to use free wi - fi inside the university campus.
Therefore requesting you to guide me how she would get the password for using free wi fi.
