Ss Group — Laptop Repair not done even after taking full amount

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to my Lenovo laptop charging problem.I contacted SS Agencies to resolve the problem .they took my laptop and kept with them for 5 days and charged Rs.1000 from me telling problem was in charging slot and had been resolved.After 1 day the problem again started coming and laptop stopped getting charged.These people again took my laptop, this time along with charger, and kept it for 3 days and told this time that my charger is defective .I doubt that these people have replaced my original charger with a defective charger because in first visit they informed that problem is in charging slot but now they are saying charger is defective and are charging another 2500 rupees for giving a new charger.Please help me out as my laptop is still not able to charge and my 1000 rupee have gone waste.The person in charge of SS Agencies is Deepak Sharma .His mobile number is [protected].
