I have booked bus from basti to delhi as per attached, but that day bus operator not picking phone no. and provide bus number .
so i need refund amount and i have no direct customer care executive number for make my trip.

kindly suggest how to get the refund .

Kindly read SS Travel mean Saree Saroj Travels and attached ticket also.
My complain still pending and issue not resolved (Bus has not come and Bus operator not picked the phone after so many calls.
